Our mouth-watering Mini Muffins give you the head start you need to get this no-bake 4th of July dessert finished in no time – and get started enjoying your holiday.
Here’s how easy – shall we say liberating? – this 4th of July flag dessert is:
2 cartons Uncle Wally’s Mini Muffins (28 muffins total), any flavor (we used Rich & Moist Blueberry Streusel and Banana Split Ice Cream mini muffins for this recipe).
1 tub vanilla frosting (16 oz.)
½ cup blueberries, rinsed and dried
7 large strawberries, rinsed, dried, cored and sliced in quarters lengthwise
- Frost 28 Uncle Wally’s Mini Muffins and place them on a tray in 4 rows of 7 muffins each.
- Place 5 or 6 fresh blueberries on top of each of the six muffins on the upper left corner of the tray (refer to photo).
- Place one strawberry slice horizontally in the center of each remaining muffin.
- Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
